1% Better, Every Single day 🌱
You don’t need to transform instantly, 1% change is enough to transform for your whole life.
There are moments when I look back at myself and I feel a mix of everything ~ a little shock, a little happiness, and sometimes, a little sadness too.
But above all, there’s one feeling that stands out the most :
Pride.
Pride in how far I’ve come.
Pride in the person I’m slowly becoming.
When I compare my past self to who I am today, there’s a quiet, beautiful difference a change that gives me a feeling I can’t fully put into words, but I know it means growth.
And the truth is, growth doesn’t always mean huge transformations.
Sometimes, it’s just about becoming 1% better every single day.
We don’t need to look too far back.
Even if we reflect on yesterday and today, we’ll notice something a small improvement, a new understanding, a little more strength.
And honestly, that’s the most beautiful kind of progress.
Because real growth is when you turn around, look at your journey, and realize you’re not where you used to be anymore.
I often think about my past mistakes.
The things I once did wrong, the moments I felt lost or unsure.
But now, I don’t regret them.
Because those same mistakes taught me, shaped me, and helped me rise again stronger, wiser, better.
And isn’t that the greatest achievement of all?
Not perfection.
But learning, rising, and evolving.
So here’s something I truly believe:
No matter how small it seems, try to change, grow, or improve, even just a little : every day.
1% better every day is more powerful than instant change.
Because one day, you’ll look back at yourself and instead of doubt or regret, your heart will quietly say:
“I’m proud of you.”

Beautiful reminder 🥹
This is so gentle and grounding. Growth really does live in those small, quiet shifts. And that feeling of being proud of yourself — it’s everything.
