I heard that “Life is 10% what happens to you, and 90% how you react it”. And this hit me.
And I think this is actually happens to us.
I’ve always believed that happiness isn’t something we find. It’s something we learn to see.
Let me tell you “My theorem of happiness” and may be it’s became yours also.
Happiness = Mindset + Gratitude / Expectation.
It’s simple but this small formula changed the way I see the world.
Let me Explain you…
• Mindset ✍️
The way you see the world becomes the way you live it in .If you focus what is missing , you’ll always feel empty. But if you look for what’s already there , life starts to feel full.
I realised this when I stopped chasing “more” and started appreciating “enough”.
• Gratitude 🙏- the art of seeing goodness
There is a magic in ordinary things. Your morning coffee / tea, a genuine smile, the sky after rain, the moon, or that one person/friend who checks in when no one else does.
Finding a Happiness in all little thing. The more I try to find happiness in Myself , the less I feel alone. The more I practiced Gratitude , the more I found to smile .
• Expectation 💌
The more we expect, the more we get disappointment . And this is a fact.
So I’ve learned that less I expect, the lighter my heart feels. Letting go of “How things should be” open my eyes to how beautiful things already are.
There was a time when I believed- I’ll be happy when things get better. But then it hits me that maybe first I need to changed rather than things.
When I changed my prospective, I found piece on that moments where once I felt empty. Because Truly, the world outside is often just a reflection of the world inside.
So I truly believe-
“The way you see the world is the way your world becomes”.
So , if you choose to see love, light and possibilities, you will find them everywhere.
Maybe you relate with this, or want to rely on this… if you feel true.
